Good Afternoon Centennial Families, 

It is hard to believe the first day of school, September 3rd is just around the corner! Below is some important information for the upcoming school year as well as important dates. 

GENERAL INFO:

  • School is 8:00 a.m. - 2:15 p.m. (every Wednesday we release at 1:25)
  • Students walking/riding, arrival time to school should be no earlier than 7:50 a.m.

 Parent Square:

• Is our primary location where communication is shared with parents, this includes but not limited to our monthly Centennial Stars newsletter, upcoming events, inclement weather updates, and additional district information.

 Attendance Information:

• If your student will be absent for any reason please contact the attendance line at 360.596.8303 or via email at ces-office@osd.wednet.edu.
• If your student will miss 3 or more days please complete the Request for Planned Absences Form.

 School Lunch:

• Lunch is $4.00/breakfast $2.60.
• Funds can be added to student accounts here at the school with cash/check/card (no change given), or through the online portal.
• Menus are posted online (click the menu icon), if you would like a paper copy, please let the front office know. (please note the format has changed this year when looking online).
• We encourage all families to apply for free or reduced meals, applications are available in the office.

 Volunteering:

• Do you want to volunteer in the school? If you haven't already, be sure to fill out the volunteer application. It must be done ANNUALLY.
• Teachers will communicate when they are ready for volunteers in the classroom. Please be respectful as they get to know their new classes.

 Transportation:

• If you haven't done so already, and you would like your child to ride the bus, please complete transportation's Google Form so they get your child routed for the new school year. This must be done annually even if your student rode the bus last year.

Medication at School:

• If your student requires medication at school please have your child's doctor complete the Med Authorization Form and return to us.
